Our Process.

We understand that each and every home is vastly different, and the same can be said for home owners. Because we tailor our services to each individual we have made sure that thorough processes are in place to ensure that no details are missed.

1 You are Assigned a Residence Manager.

2 We Design a Bespoke Property Profile.

After our initial meeting clients will be assigned a residence manager based on the location of their home. The Residence Manager will be your direct link to the property, and will eventually get to know your home better than you.

Your Residence Manager will create and manage your property profile, which includes a Cyclical Maintenance Plan and a Record of Maintenance, along with all of your unique specifications. This record will be invaluable should you ever wish to sell your property or require evidence for insurance claims.

3 Your Residence Manager Superintends the Property.

The Residence Manager will coordinate and oversee all maintenance, cleaning and repairs to the property, whether it be in-house work or external contractors. They will do a thorough monthly check to make sure that everything is in working order, this includes; Checking light bulbs and fittings, checking power outlets and appliances are working, running the water and checking for any irregularities.

4 You Arrive at the Property.

Before you arrive at the property your Residence Manager ensures that everything is to your preference; Your favourite Pinot Grigio is on ice, the sun loungers have been placed by the pool, and there is nothing for you to do but enjoy.

Often home owners do not get around to fixing the minor issues because they come to the property to relax. Unfortunatley these minor issues add up until they are overwhelming, meaning your ‘relaxing getaway‘ is spent calling contractors and running around having things fixed.

Having a Residence Manager also means that there is someone who can check in on the property regularly and be your eyes and ears on the ground. Our Residence Managers maintain contact with you so that you are always aware of what is going on at the property.
