Our Residence Managers take care of your property as if it were their own, creating and implementing cyclical schedules to ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out, and recording the works that are being done at the property. Not only does this benefit you in the short term, but will also provide invaluable information to potential buyers in the future.
Your Residence Manager will coordinate contractors, regular maintenance providers, housekeepers and any other service required, scheduling all of this around your visits to ensure that the property is perfect upon arrival. Our in-house cleaning staff will ensure that the property is cleaned and set up to your exact specifications, using a tailored property guide to ensure that each clean echos the last, even if your regular cleaner is on leave.

Hello and Welcome! My name is Holly Miller and I am the Director of Hometelier.

Growing up in Sandy Bay, I have deeply rooted connections with the Tutukaka Coast and the community that lives here. My childhood was spent floating in the gentle waves at Woolleys Bay and working at the local cafe, Havana Cabana.
As an adult I spent the majority of my life abroad, travelling to all sorts of beautiful locations and learning about the world outside of New Zealand. I can confidently say that the beaches of Northland are unrivalled.
My career thus far has been spent working for the rich and famous on luxury superyachts, from 40m to 140m. I started Hometelier to enhance the beauty of life on the coast through combining the superior service and standards of the superyacht industry with the laid back 'coastie' lifestyle.

After finally moving home I have settled down in the beautiful town of Kerikeri, just 1 hour 15 from my childhood home. I spend my free time kayaking down the Takou Bay river, fishing from the rocks or nose deep in a novel. I am very proud of this service I have created and I look forward to being able to speak with you more about it.
