"Holly and Hometelier are amazing! Our house is pristine every time we go there and it is a pleasure to turn up to. The fireplace is all set and ready to light when we get there for the weekend, the outdoor stuff is all taken care of (cleaning bbq, etc.) and tradesmen are met on site whenever needed. All linen has been checked and refreshed, broken appliances fixed AND recently when family were staying, the first aid kit had 3 different things in it that were needed and NONE of them had expired! We used to have a mice problem but no longer as NorthPest make regular visits and there are no more mice. The house is getting used much more by family as we all know that it will be easy to go up for a weekend and everything will be perfect. In addition to the regular stuff, Hometelier also managed the delivery and installation of a hot tub to the property (liaising with all suppliers) and also organised the water treatment stuff, the installation of paving to put the tub on and generally made the whole process fantastic. Hometelier have great systems (learned from working on super yachts) and working with them has really transformed our enjoyment of our holiday house. We thoroughly recommend them”
