Residence Management.

A bespoke residence management service designed specifically for clients that desire low maintenance ownership of their high maintenance homes.

 

We begin with an introductory assessment of your property where we discuss your preferences in order to create a complete picture of your requirements. We then develop a residence management plan that is curated to suit the individual requirements of both the property and its owners.

 

Finally, we tailor the appropriate elements of our services to deliver a truly comprehensive solution for maintaining your residence to the highest of standards.

  • What is a Residence Manager?
    Our Residence Managers will take all of the work off your hands so that you can enjoy your holiday home to the fullest. Often home owners do not get around to fixing the minor issues because they come to the property to relax. Unfortunatley these minor issues add up until they are overwhelming, meaning your ‘relaxing getaway‘ is spent calling contractors and running around having things fixed. Having a Residence Manager also means that there is someone who can check in on the property regularly and be your eyes and ears on the ground. Our Residence Managers maintain contact with you so that you are always aware of what is going on at the property.
  • Do you operate outside of the Bay of Islands and Tutukaka Coast?
    Hometelier travels as far North as Taupo Bay and South to Ngunguru. We are constantly expanding, so get in touch should you be interested in working with one of our Residence Managers.
  • Are your services in-house or do you use contractors?
    We have a small in-house team who assist in providing concierge services and housekeeping services, however we contract out for major or specialist works. The following are some examples of contracted works: Window cleaning Carpet cleaning Gutter and deck cleaning Gardening Major repairs Specialist work Tasks that require qualified persons for warranty purposes
  • My request is out of the ordinary, can you help?
    There is no request that we won’t do our absolute best to fulfill. Get in touch today and discuss your request with one of our friendly team members.

We offer a lifestyle concierge service to work in conjunction with our Residence Management services, optimising the quality of both your property and your lifestyle.

Our purpose is to provide a service that enhances the experience of your time at home, whether that be through simply stocking the fridge before you arrive, organising a romantic picnic or coordinating activities for your entire stay.

 

We understand the value of your time and therefore aim to enrich every moment of your stay.

Housekeeping and Cleaning

Housekeeping and Cleaning.

To ensure that our housekeeping is consistently meeting your requirements, we use bespoke guides to record your preferences and residence instructions.  Our cleaning staff work through the guide to ensure that everything is completed to your preferences and that any idiosyncratic requirements have been met. 

 

When the property is being prepared for a home-coming arrival it will be overseen by a Residence Manager who has an in-depth knowledge of  the property. This system ensures that your home is consistently cared for with the same attention to detail.
